CELEBRATING ~QUEENSLAND WRITERS WEEK~

Writers come and join in the celebration of writing and reading.
With more than 25 events scheduled throughout the state, events reach from Arana Hills and Logan to MacKay and the Tropical North, there’s something for everyone.
This year Toowoomba will be joining in the celebration of Queensland Writers Week.
Each day, at 2pm at Mary Ryan’s Bookstore in Ruthven Street, Toowoomba, a local author will be taking the ‘hot seat’ (a lovely cushy chair!) and talking to the audience about writing their book, maybe doing a reading and certainly answering questions should they be raised! The event will be promoted through the Mary Ryan’s Bookstore, the Toowoomba Regional Library, and www.toowoombawriters.com.au.
I’m thrilled to announce I will be taking the “HOT SEAT” at Mary Ryan’s bookstore on THURSDAY 13th OCTOBER at 2PM.
