The one thing I love about social media is realising how many incredibly talented, artistic people there are in the world. Some certainly have artistic ability with a capital “A”. Many may be able to paint the perfect scene with a sense of reality or a person showing a strong likeness but to be able to paint horses with an ability to evoke the soul of the animal from a photograph is a marvellous gift. I think David Lloyd Collins is one of those people. You must visit his website to view his lifelike artwork of dogs and horses. That he selected several horses from our stud Pearsons View Arabians Australia to paint, makes me feel very privileged.

I studied art at Warwickshire College in Leamington spa for 3 years National Diploma in General Illustration before moving down to Dorset, Bournemouth & Pool College Higher National Diploma in Natural History Illustration for another 2 years, where I studied traditional painting techniques.

I live in an old cottage in a small rural village in the heart of Warwickshire not far from Stratford upon Avon, where I am surrounded by the beautiful countryside which gives me the opportunity to walk with my dog for miles, see the natural wildlife and plants and walk along beautiful streams and rivers.

I am currently looking into getting some of the work shown into print I will post prices and sizes when I have got it all sorted.
