Not horses for Thursday Art day, it’s “The Australian Championship Painted Gumboot”

Not horses today for Thursday Art day, instead I’m featuring “The Australian Championship Painted Gumboot” the competition was held at the 113th Cobram Agricultural Society Annual Show 2011 www.cobrambarooga.org.au

This year at the Cobram Agricultural Society Annual Show the committee incorporated the “Australian Championship Painted Gumboot”. From what I heard on Australia All Over entries came from ‘all over’ Australia and even from overseas. The Championship was sponsored by ABC Macca’s Australia All Over. In a time when Agricultural Societies are struggling for competitors and supporters this would have to be one of the most novel and fun competitions held in a long time. Bravo! Cobram Agricultural Society.
